My favourite quick pickle recipe! It’s super easy to make in less than five minutes and this pickling brine will also work for any veggies you need to save. You can also change the flavour by using different seeds like coriander or dill. I composted the scraps or you can save them to make veggie stock, I have a recipe a few posts back ☺️💚 For 1 onion 1/2 cup water 1/2 cup vinegar 2 tbsp sugar 2 tbsp salt Gently boil until the salt and sugar are dissolved - about 1 minute and leave to cool.
