Made a special trip to Toyosu Market this morning just to have our favourite tendon from Tenfusa. So good to see the same chef still behind the fryer. I have visited this place several times over the last ten years when it was still at Tsukiji. Toyosu is so sterile compared to the old market! It’s a bit of a hike to get here but so worth it! 1800 yen gets you 2 prawns, scallop, kisu, anago and vegetables l, all soaked in a salty broth. So good!
