Watch as cruise ship Carnival Legend, approximately an hour and half from Victoria's Ogden Point terminal, experiences propulsion issues and begins to list heavily to one side. The ship eventually docked at Ogden Point behind schedule and departed shortly thereafter without allowing passengers to disembark. The incident occurred last week.
