The Case Log System is a web application within ADS where residents and fellows (in certain specialties) are required to log their clinical experiences on an individual case basis.

For interested parties and/or attorneys with cases scheduled in all other courtrooms, please reach out to the assigned courtroom advance to confirm that the case is moving forward as scheduled.
