Sheriff’s dive team searches for swimmer missing after reported shark attack at Lovers Point
The Monterey County Sheriff’s Office continued searching Tuesday for a missing 55-year-old swimmer who disappeared after a reported shark attack at Lovers Point.
It’s apparently the first fatal shark attack at Lovers Point in more than 70 years, but 3 years after a fellow swimmer was severely injured.
