Florida State has signed 22 offensive linemen from the high school ranks in the last six classes. Only four of those players have started a game for the 'Noles.

On3 reports Florida State is monitoring two transfer QBs, Anthony Colandrea and Colton Joseph, to substitute Tommy Castellanos.

Norvell and Florida State added 32 players during the early signing period, led by four-star cornerback Chauncey Kennon (Sarasota, Fla.), linebacker Izayia Williams (Tavares, Fla.), and wide receiver Jasen Lopez (Hollywood, Fla.). 247Sports ranks FSU’s signing class No. 14 in the country and No. 2 in the ACC behind Miami.

Florida State football is expected to lose a pair of defensive players as linebacker Omar Graham and defensive end Jaden Jones plan to transfer.

While 12 ACC teams will play a nine-game conference schedule, FSU is one of five schools that will play eight conference games next year. Starting in 2027, 16 teams will play a nine-game ACC schedule, with one team each year playing eight games but required to schedule two Power Four opponents to reach the 10 Power 4 game requirement.

The 2026 FSU football schedule is taking shape. The Seminoles will host Clemson, NC State, SMU, and Virginia at Doak Campbell Stadium.

On Saturday, On3’s Pete Nakos reported that Taylor Edwards, South Carolina’s former director of player personnel, is headed to a new home once again. Edwards will be the Florida State Seminoles’ executive director of player acquisitions.
