"I have mobility issues and use a small mobility scooter. Disabled parking in Waterloo Square multi story car park. Some on street parking too. Building is very accessible with disabled toilets. So much to see and some hands on activities. Staff were very knowledgeable and helpful Loved all the ship displays and the Newcastle through the ages. Need to go back to see what I missed. Museum is free but they do appreciate donations and gift aid if you can."

"Unfortunately we did not sty long: half of the museum has only instruction in Dutch and German. So it was difficult to follow. Especially the interactive things! The other half (about medicine) has also English…not really meant for international tourists. Parking is by the station. Staff very friendly."

"We absolutely loved this museum, this was one of the best ones we have visited, great interactive areas and lots to see and do. It has 4 levels with different things to do and interact with on each of them, also has a gift shop on the first floor."

"We bought tickets for 13:30 hrs and got in the I have tickets line. We then had to wait while the workers did various things with other groups like pay for admission, get lanyards, etc. When it came to our turn they just waved us through, which was like why did we have to wait for this... After that mess, things got much better. There was not really a wait for anything. The rides and movie were fun. LEGO theming and play areas were neat also. Overall a good time."
