"Had an HVAC system installed by Logan. My 10 year old Trane furnace did not last 10 years. The heat exchanger had cracks which can be dangerous. Logan had a special deal to buy an air conditioner and get a FREE furnace for a mere $15,890, including a free furnace! I was shocked so I asked for a pricing breakdown showing each item. This took many calls and they didn't reply for about a week, saying they didn't know what the costs were. One of the line items was a labor charge of $4200. There two installers and the spent 7 hours each for a total of 14 man hours. That's $300 per hour, which seems a little high. I'm aware they mark up labor, but that is gouging. I will never use them again. By the reviews, looks like this is standard operation mode."

"I'm not sure what has happened in this company but my rating has dropped from 5 stars to 1. Last week I called multiple times to try to schedule a service call. Repeatedly, midday, I got a recorded message saying the office was closed but gave instructions in the event of a "plumbing emergency". I sent an email to the company informing them of the issue and indicated I wanted to talk with someone about scheduling. I got no return message. Yesterday I called, waited over 6 minutes for someone to answer and was told someone in scheduling would call back. No one called. I called again this morning at 8:30, explained the situation and was told they would pass on my message and would request a call back before noon. No one called. I called again 8 hours later and for the third time I had to leave a message asking for a service appointment. No call back so far. If I was in the market for a new furnace I would definitely steer clear. Sadly, I committed to Fire and Ice service when I purchased the furnace. I have recommended this company to multiple people and regret it now."
